Upon re-carding the old card will be deactivated upon activating your new card or by latest if not activated as follows:
You can set up your PIN via the Al Salam Bank App or at any Al Salam Bank ATM.
You can activate your card through Al Salam Bank App or by calling our call center at 17005500.
You can change your PIN via Al Salam Bank App or at any Al Salam Bank ATMs.
Once your PIN is set and the card is activated via an ATM or the Mobile App, it is ready for use.
Transaction history on the new card will start fresh. However, previous records can be requested at any branch.
Your credit balance will be transferred to the new Al Salam Bank card.
Any outstanding balance will be transferred to your new Al Salam Bank card.
It will continue as is with not change.
